501c3 public charity, non-profit organization, dedicated to providing high quality fitness and wellness education to underserved neighborhoods in the community via online fitness videos, fitness motivation, health, and wellness education and resources to help prevent and manage chronic diseases, improve health, and promote well-being and empowerment.
